STP, Marina Port de Mallorca and Marina Palma Cuarentena donate more than 800 kilos of food, clothes, babies products and toys.

Marina Port de Mallorca, Marina Palma Cuarentena and STP (Port Technical Services) handed over today 810 kilos of donations thanks to the contributions and solidarity of clients, captains, crews, and workers of the facilities since last 4th of november.

The more than 65 boxes collected during the ‘Operation Kilo’ solidary campaign were filled with clothing, non-perishable foods, toys and babies products.

The delivery act, which was held in the facilities of STP, was atended by José Mª Campuzano, Managing Director of IPM Group and Patrick Reynes, General Manager of Marina Port de Mallorca, together with Fernando Mulet, Coordinator of the Rotary Clubs of Mallorca, and the representatives of Asociación Zaqueo and Can Gazá. These associations are responsible for distributing the donations among the most needed of the Islands during this Christmas season.

Marina Port de Mallorca, Marina Palma Cuarentena and STP are actively involved in various social and environmental awareness programmes and this initiative was one of the social activities planned throughout the year.
